How we roll

By 8:07 a.m. today here’s what we got done.
- I rode an hour on the trainer (b/c the breathing test yesterday wrecked my lungs), listened to Earl Nightingale, did 115 pushups and 230 sit ups.
- My nutrition intake: MNS E, Spark + BioCharge + Arginine Xtreme, Probiotic Ultra, Meal Replacement Shake, Fiber, Omegaplex, Coreplex and Clear Mood.
- Kim’s nutrition intake: MNS E, Spark + Rehydrate, Probiotic Ultra, Meal Replacement Shake, Fiber, Omegaplex and Coreplex.
- Aliya’s nutrition intake: Probiotic Boost, Spark, Coreplex Chewable, toast with butter.
- Asie’s nutrition intake: Probiotic Boost, Coreplex Chewable, waffle (fortified with Muscle Gain) with syrup and whipped cream.
- Amira’s nutrition intake: Probiotic Boost, Coreplex Chewable, waffle (fortified with Muscle Gain) with syrup and whipped cream and toast with butter.
