I’ve chewed off more than I can handle.
My goals are 26,000 Push Up Burbees, 5th and 4th Kyu in Aikido. With 1 month in I am 2 burpees ahead of where I should be.
But my right knee is swollen. My right shoulder hurts. Last night both left knee and right elbow were throbbing. This is TRULY going to suck.
