This is a screen shot of my rowing software, it’s called Row Pro. In February I decided to start actually training rather than having random workouts for no end purpose and since I don’t have a rowing background I needed some help. I found this software which plugs into my Concept2.
Every day after my pushups, planks and stretching I read the workout and the description. Every day I read the last sentence 5 times because it means something. Not just in rowing but everything in life.
“…so put in the work to get the results…”
There is no situation (in this reality) where you can get the results without putting in the work. Great reminder and to think it was a rowing software that reminds me!
