Wednesday, May 10, 2017 – Day 10
I did Aikido in the evening and burned up 265 calories in class. Got hurt – back and knee, had to leave the mat early.
I had 5 meals each in the 480 calorie range. Because I changed green beans to peas, I picked up more calories.
For the day I burned 2,798 calories.
I took in 2,357 calories.
The net deficit was 441 calories.
I slept 6:59
I drank 123 oz of water.
Bottom line – Today was ok.
