Friday, May 12, 2017 – Day 12
I did OTF in the morning with Sarah T. Awesome class but was a soft from yesterdays test set. I burned 817 calories. I looked at the HR profile last night and it appears that my heart rate is dropping too low too fast (which is a sign of fitness). It’s unavoidable when you’re standing watching the coach demo the TRX and body weight exercises. So my new plan is to hit the rowing a little harder and keep the treadmill recovery intervals a little faster – basically prevent recover where and when I can but not so much that I can’t do the work interval with quality.
I had 4 meals each in the 480 calorie range.
Meal 2 were 3 Neelys Mealies energy balls – I totally jacked that meal up by mistake.
For the day I burned 2,993 calories.
I took in 2,478 calories.
The net deficit was 515 calories.
I slept 6:59
I drank 130 oz of water.
Bottom line – Today was a win.
