This is a documentation of day 6 of 39 (I update the morning after a day is complete)
Saturday, May 6, 2017 – Day 6
I got to the dojo at 7:45 am (b/c I take Aliya to swim practice at 7) and spent a LONG TIME loosening up b/c I’m old and super fatigued right now. I got all my weapons work and my test stuff done twice before the next person showed up. The class was awesome and run by Main Sensei. Lots of advanced stuff but I love how sensei teaches. He has us do things at such an elementary level step by step that you’re doing the whole technique before you realize what you did! He’s an amazing teacher. I learned Ushiro Tekubitori Nikkyo (the video is Ura but you can get the idea) and discovered that this technique is going into the “Z Emergency Kit”. Overall stellar class with great breathing exercises at the end. I burned up 780 calories in class.
I had 4 meals each in the 480 calorie range.
Meal 5 was with my bro and his family, around the 600 calorie range (Tandoori meat and 2 Samosas)
For the day I burned 3,274 calories.
I took in 2,376 calories.
The net deficit was 898 calories.
I slept 6:51
I drank 122 oz of water.
Bottom line – Today was a win but still need more sleep!!!!
For those who asked…yes I still have a training dairy and yes you can still see it. It’s here and I usually update it every few days.
